Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in financial services or stock services.
• Advanced Excel skills, complex formulas, data analysis, reconcilations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience learning proprietary systems such as UDA applications.
• Experience performing reconciliations and researching discrepancies.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support core Stock Services operations: dividend processing, reconciliation, client onboarding.
• Execute critical operational processes with accuracy and risk management.
• Support stock funds administration and ongoing client servicing.
• Partner with internal teams, trustees, transfer agents, and stakeholders to ensure execution.
• Identify process improvements and drive operational excellence initiatives.
• Lead or participate in strategic projects to enhance client experience and outcomes.
• Develop expertise in proprietary systems and UDA workflows.
• Provide operational support for proxy-related activities and shareholder communications.
• Support proxy event administration and related workflows.
• Assist with participant communications related to voting and rights.
