Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Senior Analyst, Stock Services to build deep expertise in stock services, including dividend processing, reconciliation, client onboarding, and proxy administration. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements, support risk management, and drive strategic initiatives.

You will learn end-to-end stock services functions and contribute to projects that enhance client experience and operational excellence across the Workplace Investing

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in financial services, operations, or stock services
• Advanced Excel with data analysis, reconciliations, and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with accuracy
• Proven ability to learn proprietary systems and workflows
• Experience in reconciliations and investigating operational discrepancies
• Project management and ability to handle multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Learn and support core Stock Services operations including dividend processing and client onboarding
• Execute critical operational processes with accuracy and timeliness while managing risk
• Support proxy-related activities and shareholder communications
• Lead or participate in strategic projects to improve efficiency and client experience
• Develop expertise in proprietary systems, including UDA applications
