Fidelity Workplace Investing is seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst, Stock Services to join our growing team. This unique role combines hands-on operational responsibilities with project leadership opportunities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys learning complex processes, solving problems, and influencing positive business outcomes. In this position, you will develop expertise across multiple areas of the Stock Services organization, including dividend processing, reconciliation activities, client onboarding, and proxy administration. You will partner with experienced associates to learn end-to-end stock services functions while helping identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance controls, and support key strategic initiatives. This role offers exceptional exposure to Workplace Investing operations, cross-functional partnerships, and opportunities to build skills that can accelerate your career within Fidelity.
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues.
