The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, healthcare environment experience, and a relevant ASHE certification; strong attention to safety and documentation
Provides a safe, functional, and visually appealing environment through construction, renovation, and maintenance activities under the direction of a supervisor. Performs painting, drywall repair, finishing work, and preventive maintenance on building systems with minimal supervision. Supports departmental goals related to safety, quality, cost, on-time completion, and continuous improvement while serving as a technical resource for the team. Participates in building management operations to deliver high-quality, cost-effective service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
