Senior Financials Consultant - Spend Management - Workday Success Plans

Join Workday as a Senior Financials Consultant specializing in Spend Management within our Success Plans team. In this role, you'll work directly with customers to enhance their use of Workday Financials applications, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and demonstrations to optimize their business processes.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting research to understand customer questions and Workday concepts.
• Delivering targeted consulting, including configuration guidance and feature demonstrations.
• Troubleshooting product configurations to meet customer needs.
• Communicating effectively to demonstrate the value of Workday solutions.
• Creating customer presentations and providing personalized guidance to accelerate adoption.
• Maintaining expertise and certifications in Workday Financials and related areas.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of consulting experience in change management or management consulting.
• 5+ years of software consulting and deployment experience.
• 2+ years of functional expertise in Workday Financials.
• Certifications in Workday FINS and other functional areas are preferred.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
