Job summary

CoStar Group in Arlington, VA seeks a Financial Transformation Senior Manager to lead multi-project finance transformation initiatives across P2P, R2R and O2C. You’ll partner with Finance, IT and Product to standardize and deploy global ERP processes in a fast-growing, public company environment.

The role requires deep experience in process improvement, strong program management skills, and the ability to drive projects to on-time delivery within scope and budget while improving the customer

Qualifications

• 12+ years of total career experience in IT, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience as Project Manager on accounting, financial, or financial business transformation projects.
• Proven competency with Waterfall, Agile, Scrum.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of working with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of multiple finance transformation projects.
• Develop understanding of O2C, P2P, and R2R processes and systems.
• Coordinate development with internal and external technical teams.
• Deliver projects on time, on budget, and within scope.
• Create and maintain project documentation and artifacts.
