CoStar Group in Arlington, VA is seeking a Financial Transformation Senior Manager with extensive experience in P2P, R2R, and O2C process improvement to drive global ERP initiatives. You will partner with Finance, IT, and Product to standardize, modernize, and deploy financial processes, leading large-scale change in a multinational setting.

The role reports to the VP of Financial Systems and Transformation and requires strong program management, stakeholder communication, and a track record of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 12+ years in IT, Finance, or business systems.
• 5+ years as Project Manager on financial transformation projects.
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication; self-driven.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple finance transformation projects.
• Develop understanding of O2C, P2P, and R2R systems and processes.
• Lead process mapping and improvement for finance operations.
• Coordinate with internal and external technical teams.
• Create scope documents, plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Drive on-time, on-budget project delivery and risk management.
• Prepare executive materials and lead status meetings.
• Escalate issues proactively and manage scope changes.
