Job summary

AIR Communities is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their fast-paced FP&A team at the Denver Tech Center, Denver, CO. This is an in-office, five-days-per-week role based at the corporate HQ.

You will collect, analyze, and present information to leaders to improve decision making, participate in monthly forecasting and annual budgeting, and support corporate treasury and debt management while delivering monthly reports to the executive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive corporate finance experience with modeling and processes.
• Expert proficiency in Excel and ability to build complex models.
• Experience presenting to senior leaders; strong financial writing skills; Adaptive Insights/Planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and present information to leaders to enable better decisions.
• Diagnose complex problems and contribute to projects to address them.
• Execute month-end accounting and financial processes with crisp accuracy.
• Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and multi-year planning including treasury/debt analysis.
• Prepare and explain monthly operational and financial reports for the executive team.
• Continuously develop skills, tools, and perspectives as part of the team.
