Job summary

AIR Communities seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to join our fast-paced FP&A team at the Denver Tech Center, Denver, CO. This is an in-office, five-days-per-week role based at our corporate headquarters.

You’ll collect, analyze, and present information to leaders, support forecasting and budgeting, and assist with debt management while delivering monthly reports to the executive team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive corporate finance experience with strong financial concepts, processes and modeling.
• Experience presenting to senior leaders and strong financial writing skills.
• Background in FP&A; real estate beneficial but not required.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, AI/ML related tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and present information to help leaders make better decisions.
• Diagnose complex problems and implement projects to improve the business.
• Execute month-end closing processes with crisp accuracy and timeliness.
• Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and multi-year strategic planning including treasury/debt analysis.
• Prepare and explain monthly operational and financial reports for the executive team.
• Collaborate with teammates and continuously expand skills, tools, and perspectives.
