Job summary

AIR Communities, headquartered in Denver, CO, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to join the fast-paced FP&A team on-site at the Denver Tech Center. This role drives financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to support strategic decisions and corporate treasury management.

You will build complex models, present to senior leaders, and work closely with accounting and real estate teams. A collaborative, rigorous, and curious mindset is essential for success in this on-site role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive corporate finance experience with an extensive understanding of financial concepts, processes, modeling best practices and financial systems
• Expert proficiency in Excel and comfort building complex models
• Experience presenting to senior leaders, strong financial writing skills, and Adaptive Insights Planning system experience
• Background in FP&A with accounting/real estate beneficial

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and present information to help leaders understand the business
• Contribute to diagnosis of complex problems and development of projects
• Execute month-end accounting and financial processes with crisp execution
• Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and multi-year strategic planning including corporate treasury and debt management
• Prepare and explain monthly operational and financial reports for the executive team
• Be a team player, communicator, and be adaptable to change
