Job summary

King & Spalding LLP is seeking a Senior Finance Systems Manager to lead the implementation and optimization of the firm’s financial information systems. You will collaborate with Finance and IT to define requirements, coordinate upgrades, and ensure data integrity and reporting across finance applications.

The role requires deep finance systems expertise, strong project management, and the ability to train staff while delivering efficient, secure systems in a fast-paced legal environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Information Systems.
• 7+ years of related experience in finance or accounting systems.
• PM experience and ability to train staff and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage finance system projects across the SDLC.
• Define requirements, analyze needs, and implement solutions with Finance and IT stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and reporting across financial applications.
