Job summary

Starbucks seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support the Controllership and CFO organization by maintaining reliable finance and accounting systems that enable a timely, accurate financial close. This role requires systems thinking and accounting process knowledge.

You will partner with accounting, finance, and technology stakeholders to manage financial hierarchies, governance, and reporting integrity while improving processes and user experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting business systems, including business process analysis, requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and end-user support for finance, accounting, or enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Accounting, Finance, and Technology stakeholders to gather requirements, assess business processes, and translate needs into scalable system enhancements.
