Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting and issue resolution for financial applications.
• Serve as primary contact for financial application support issues.
• Perform and monitor audit controls; support SOX compliance.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and documentation.
• Prepare reports and analyze opportunities to stabilize financial systems.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and vendors; manage interfaces and file distributions.
• Escalate issues to meet timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor interface emails, results, and interface performance.
• Create users and roles per strict governance.
