Collaborate with team members, colleagues and vendor support teams to ensure that the financial systems are operating as designed and desired. Collaborate with IT and F & A staff to ensure that interface files are being distributed or consumed appropriately. Ensure that IT practices such as testing, change management and issue tracking are executed appropriately.## **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES*** Utilize troubleshooting skills to identify issues, analyze options and provide or suggest solutions that will provide the best solution for the Company.* Key point of contact for financial application support issues.
