Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or a directly related field.
• Ten years of experience as a functional/technical/business analyst or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues and analyze options to provide the best solution for the company.
• Serve as key contact for financial application support issues with end users, contractors and vendors.
• Perform and monitor audit controls and ensure SOX compliance.
• Participate in system upgrades including learning, documentation, testing and upgrade execution.
• Prepare reports, analyze data, and identify opportunities for a more stable financial system.
