Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of branch banking, cash handling, platform, or related financial services experience preferred.
• Strong client service, sales, referral, risk management, and informal leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identifies client needs and recommends BankUnited products and solutions to deepen relationships.
• Acts as a sales and service role model, fostering strong relationship-building and cross-team referrals.
• Converts routine service transactions into conversations, opens accounts, and expands product usage.
• Meets or exceeds branch expectations by generating referrals and supporting sales initiatives.
• Leads outbound calls, sets appointments, and backs up branch performance and client experience.
• Supports branch operations and cross-training to cover platform and service line activities.
