BankUnited is seeking a Senior Financial Specialist to deepen client relationships in a sales-driven, client-facing role. You will identify complex needs and recommend BankUnited products and solutions, while supporting service-line and platform activities and modeling strong sales, service, and risk-management behaviors.

You will convert routine transactions into meaningful conversations, help source referrals, open accounts, and collaborate with internal partners to deliver the One Bank

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2-3 years of branch banking or related financial services experience preferred.
• Strong client service, sales, referral, and risk management background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identifies client needs and recommends BankUnited solutions to deepen relationships.
• Models strong sales behaviors and supports branch and market performance.
• Converts routine transactions into relationship-building conversations and referrals.
• Opens accounts and promotes deposit, loan, and fee income products.
• Leads outbound calls, appointments, and client follow-up to drive sales activity.
• Collaborates with internal lines to deliver the One Bank Experience.
• Supports the Assistant Branch Leader with daily priorities and coaching.
