Job summary

You will respond to client inquiries, open accounts, and assist with various banking needs while maintaining compliance with federal regulations and SAFE Act requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or related software.
• Knowledge of federal banking regulations and compliance.
• Broad knowledge of bank products and services.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical and mathematical reasoning with problem-solving ability.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
• Excellent client service and tact in dealing with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive service to clients in person and over the telephone; respond to inquiries and resolve issues.
• Assist with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account maintenance; process new account paperwork.
• Open new accounts; verify credentials and obtain supporting documentation to reduce risk.
• Refer clients to other specialty areas such as Trust, Investments, Insurance, Treasury Management, etc.
• Support Office Leader and contribute to operational excellence; adhere to firm policies and regulatory requirements.
• Perform related duties as assigned and maintain compliant, client-focused service.
