Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of full-time experience at the level of Financial Services Specialist II or higher in Alameda County or equivalent.
• Management academy certification may substitute for six months of experience.
• Bachelor-level education in business/public administration or related field may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision for financial and administrative services and staff.
• Lead budget development, processing, contracts, and grants management.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and reporting standards.
