County of Santa Clara’s Office of the District Attorney seeks a Financial and Administrative Services Manager to oversee budgeting, finance, and administrative infrastructure. Reporting to the DA, you’ll guide financial planning, accountability, and operational efficiency across internal support functions supporting prosecutors, investigators, and staff.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Employee Services, Finance, County Counsel, Procurement, and Facilities while driving

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience overseeing complex financial/operational units.
• Strong knowledge of governmental budgeting, fiscal oversight, and regulatory requirements.

Aufgaben

• Direct Office-wide budgeting, expenditure tracking, and revenue reporting.
• Lead development and maintenance of administrative systems and IT usage.
• Oversee HR support, logistics, facility maintenance, procurement, and Board memos.
• Recruit, train, evaluate, and guide subordinate managers and teams.
• Conduct operational assessments and prepare strategic reports for leadership.
