• Proven consultative sales success with growth of member relationships.
• Ability to manage complex member situations and lending scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, consultative service across member transactions and resolve complex issues.
• Own end-to-end onboarding for new and existing members including deposit solutions and maintenance.
• Originate, process, and close consumer loans, including complex scenarios, with adherence to policy.
