Job summary

Langley Federal Credit Union seeks a Branch Manager for the Salem Road Branch in Virginia Beach, VA. You will lead Branch Services staff, drive sales and service quality, and ensure compliance with regulations while building strong member relationships.

You will develop staff through coaching, manage daily operations, and represent Langley in community outreach efforts to grow deposits and loans. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with supervisory and Notary credentials

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or four years of experience in a financial institution or sales/service experience advised to customers.
• Four years of financial institution experience required.
• Two years of supervisory experience required.
• Notary Public commission required within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Grow market share of loans and deposits.
• Conduct business development to expand member relationships.
• Represent Langley in community events.
• Drive branch results toward company goals.
• Coach staff to deliver consultative selling and excellent service.
• Oversee payroll, scheduling, balancing, and branch operations.
• Provide feedback on staff performance and development.
• Collaborate across departments to improve member experience.
