Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in risk management or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Risk Management or related field.
• Master’s degree or relevant certifications (FRM, CFA) preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and mature risk programs, policies, processes, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maturity of risk-management strategy across Second Line of Defense programs.
• Establish governance for Model Risk Management, Stress Testing, Loan Review, and Risk Analytics.
• Oversee monitoring processes, performance metrics, and escalation procedures for risk programs.
• Collaborate with investment management and other units to align risk controls with portfolio objectives.
• Develop risk dashboards and KRIs and drive enterprise-wide risk reporting.
