Job summary

Choice Financial Group seeks an experienced Manager of Financial Risk to lead and mature the bank's risk programs, including model risk, stress testing, loan reviews, and risk analytics. You'll drive governance, measurement, and reporting across multiple risk domains to align with risk appetite and strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Risk Management or related field.
• Master’s degree or FRM/CFA certifications preferred.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience with risk program development and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maturity of a comprehensive risk management strategy from a Second Line of Defense perspective.
• Establish governance frameworks for Model Risk Management, Stress Testing Oversight, Loan Review, and other programs.
• Oversee independent loan reviews and model validation activities.
• Develop and maintain risk metrics, dashboards, and KRIs for enterprise risk management.
