Job summary

Glacier Bancorp, Inc. seeks a seasoned Financial Risk Analyst within Enterprise Risk Management to support risk reporting, analytics, and governance across the bank. You will prepare quarterly Risk Appetite Statements and risk reports, briefing senior leadership on risk posture and macro trends.

This corporate role may be located in any bank division across the nine-state footprint, with pay rates varying by geography. Strong data governance, BI tooling, and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline or related field.
• Five years of banking, financial analysis, enterprise risk management, risk reporting, data analytics, accounting, audit, regulatory compliance, or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of statistical tools, Power BI, and advanced Excel skills.
• Analytical/quantitative skills to analyze and interpret data for risk reporting.
• Intermediate experience with PowerPoint and Word; ability to create dashboards and management reports.
• Understanding bank financial risks (credit, liquidity, interest rate risk) is required.

Responsibilities

• Support development, governance, and governance of the Bank's risk reports, including the Risk Appetite Statement.
• Provide second line of defense oversight over multiple business lines to identify and mitigate risk.
• Assist risk reporting projects, including dashboard development and automation; improve data quality and analytics.
• Comply with all bank policies, laws, and training requirements.
