Job summary

Glacier Bancorp, Inc. seeks an experienced Financial Risk Analyst to support enterprise risk reporting and analytics. You will integrate data-driven insights, monitor risk thresholds, and advise senior leadership on risk posture and macroeconomic trends.

Key duties include preparing quarterly Risk Appetite Statements and department KPI reports, plus developing executive dashboards and governance reports across multiple bank divisions. 5 years' banking/ERM experience required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of banking/enterprise risk experience.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI and statistical tools proficiency.
• Ability to develop executive-level risk analyses and dashboards.
• Strong written and verbal communication; data governance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze the Bank's Risk Appetite Statements and KPI reports.
• Provide briefings to leadership and governance committees.
• Enhance risk reporting processes, data quality, and automation.
• Collaborate with risk owners to improve accuracy and usefulness of risk information.
