Job summary

Glacier Bancorp, Inc. is seeking a Financial Risk Analyst within Enterprise Risk Management to leverage quantitative skills and data governance to support enterprise risk reporting and analytics across the organization.

The role focuses on integrating data-driven insights, monitoring risk thresholds, and advising senior leadership on risk posture and macro trends. The analyst will prepare and analyze the Bank's quarterly Risk Appetite Statement, KPI reports, and various risk dashboards, while

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Engineering, or other quantitative discipline.
• 5 years of progressively responsible experience in banking, financial analysis, enterprise risk management, risk reporting, data analytics, accounting, audit, regulatory compliance, or related field.
• Advanced / Specialized Knowledge: Statistical tools, Power BI, and advanced Excel skills.
• Advanced / Specialized Knowledge: Analytical/quantitative skills and ability to interpret data to solve problems.
• Intermediate experience with PowerPoint, Word, and creating dashboards and management reports.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, governance, and reporting of the Bank's Enterprise Risk Management reports, including the Risk Appetite Statement; provide executive briefings and challenge to improve performance.
• Provide second line of defense oversight across business lines to ensure risk identification, measurement, monitoring, and mitigation.
• Support risk reporting projects, data quality, analytics, dashboards, and reporting automation; partner with risk owners to improve enterprise risk information.
