Job summary

Fund Services Group in the United States seeks a Financial Reporting Vice President to lead FSG’s SEC reporting practice, deliver fund financial statements, and ensure regulatory compliance for private funds. Candidate must have 5–7 years of hands-on SEC filings experience, deep U.S.

GAAP knowledge, and strong leadership. You will mentor staff, coordinate with clients, auditors and counsel, and explore automation to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience preparing and reviewing fund financial reports for non-public funds and SEC filings for registered investment companies.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and financial statement presentation.
• Ability to lead projects, mentor staff, and coordinate with clients, auditors and counsel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of scalable processes for timely, accurate fund financial statements and SEC filings.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate the filing of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and other required SEC filings through DFIN ActiveDisclosure.
• Lead and mentor team members committed to quality, accountability, and client service.
• Coordinate with clients, auditors, counsel, and internal teams to deliver complete, accurate and timely reporting.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve reporting processes through automation, technology, and operational efficiencies.
• Stay current on FASB / SEC reporting developments and incorporate relevant changes into filings and processes.
