Ideal candidate is a CPA with public accounting and corporate accounting experience, adept at system improvements and cross-functional collaboration with FP&A, operations, tax, and treasury.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred or required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in U.S.-based companies.
• Experience in public accounting plus corporate accounting; multi-entity experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting fundamentals.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems.
• Experience leading accounting staff.
• Ability to manage deadlines and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results on schedule.
• Oversee multi-entity coordination and intercompany activity.
• Strengthen internal controls and support system improvements.
• Assist tax requirements and audits; support external reporting.
• Mentor accounting staff and collaborate with FP&A, operations, tax, and treasury.
• Contribute to special projects and organizational initiatives.
