Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a Senior Analyst, Financial Reporting and Consolidations to prepare and analyze internal financial reporting packages for North America and consolidated entities. The role involves monthly consolidation, close procedures, and collaborating with Accounting and Finance to ensure accurate financials.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Accounting with 3–5 years of accounting experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare internal financial reporting packages as a key control over actuals.
• Analyze results with trend and variance analysis; communicate findings to management.
• Consolidate monthly close procedures; prepare journal entries, accruals, reconciliations per US GAAP.
• Review inter-company and intra-company balances and transactions.
• Partner with Accounting and Finance to drive process improvements and policy adherence.
• Develop automated reporting tools to increase productivity; support AI-driven workflows.
• Build trust with operating leaders; collaborate across the organization.
