Job summary

RealtySouth is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead consolidation and monthly reporting for HomeServices and MEHC relationships. The role collaborates with regional operating companies to ensure accurate statements and timely close processes.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, 3–5 years in accounting with consolidation, and strong Excel/SQL skills. CPA preferred; on-site work in Minnesota with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA certification preferred.
• 3–5 years accounting experience with consolidation.
• Strong Excel and database skills: Hyperion, Access, SQL.
• Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyze monthly financial statements for HomeServices and manage month-end close with regional operating companies.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages with analysis for management and MEHC.
• Prepare and analyze monthly journal entries, including inter-company activity, coordinating with regional companies.
• Reconcile and analyze all balance sheet accounts monthly for HomeServices.
• Support quarterly and annual external reporting and audits.
• Support consolidation of long range plans and current year forecasts.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
