Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking an Analyst, Lease Accounting to support the global ASC 842 lease accounting function across the US, Canada, Europe, and Asia Pacific. The role executes the monthly lease cycle (abstraction, journal entries, reconciliations, and disclosures) with accountability for accuracy and deadlines.

You will collaborate with regional teams and contribute to SEC reporting. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 1–3 years in lease/accounting, with a CPA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; 1–3 years of public, corporate, or lease accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and strong Excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, month-end close environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify new, modified, and terminated leases; abstract into the lease subledger with key terms referenced to contracts.
• Verify lease classification and initial ROU asset calculations; maintain the lease tracker and documentation.
• Complete monthly close; convert Journal entries to Workday accounts and prepare regional files.
• Prepare holding cash and balance sheet roll-forward reconciliations; investigate variances above threshold.
• Support quantitative ASC 842 disclosures for filings and assist with budget updates.
