Job summary

Nestlé USA in Arlington, VA seeks a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to ensure accuracy and compliance of consolidated financial results under IFRS and US GAAP. You will prepare and analyze reporting for local management, Nestlé Group, and external requirements, guiding internal stakeholders.

Based onsite in Arlington, you’ll partner across functions to improve controls and automate processes. Preferred CPA or equivalent designation; 4+ years in accounting/financial reporting; SAP experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounting, Audit, Finance, or Financial Reporting.
• External audit or financial reporting experience.
• Working knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• CPA or equivalent designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial results for local and Nestlé Group management.
• Partner with operating divisions, corporate functions, and global stakeholders to support accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Conduct quarterly Balance Sheet reviews, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with Nestlé Accounting Standards.
• Lead financial reporting initiatives, including working capital analysis, impairment testing, and acquisition/divestiture integration.
• Provide financial reporting guidance and expertise to internal stakeholders.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, meaningful analysis and management reporting.
• Support interim and year‑end consolidated financial statements and external reporting requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation of reporting processes and controls.
