Job summary

Nestlé USA in Arlington, VA seeks a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of consolidated financial results under IFRS and US GAAP. You will prepare and analyze reporting for local management, Nestlé Group, and external requirements, guiding internal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes cross-functional partnership, financial controls, and process improvements. This onsite position supports key business stakeholders and requires CPA or equivalent

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounting, Audit, Finance, or Financial Reporting.
• External audit or financial reporting experience.
• Working knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• SAP experience preferred.
• CPA or equivalent professional designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial results for local and Nestlé Group management.
• Partner with operating divisions, corporate functions, and global stakeholders to support accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Conduct quarterly Balance Sheet reviews, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with Nestlé Accounting Standards.
• Lead financial reporting and accounting initiatives, including working capital analysis, impairment testing, and acquisition/divestiture integration.
• Provide financial reporting guidance and expertise to internal stakeholders.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, meaningful analysis and management reporting.
• Support interim and year-end consolidated financial statements, including external reporting requirements and financial statement footnotes.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation of reporting processes and controls using Nestlé Continuous Excellence methodologies.
