Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to ensure accurate and compliant financial results. Based in Arlington, VA, the role supports local management, Nestlé Group, and external reporting under IFRS and US GAAP.

You will partner with divisions and stakeholders, lead balance sheet reviews, and drive improvements in reporting processes using Nestlé methodologies. A CPA or equivalent designation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounting, Audit, Finance, or Financial Reporting.
• External audit or financial reporting experience.
• Working knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• CPA or equivalent professional designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial results.
• Partner with operating divisions, corporate functions, and global stakeholders to support accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Conduct quarterly Balance Sheet reviews, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with Nestlé Accounting Standards.
• Lead financial reporting and accounting initiatives, including working capital analysis, impairment testing, and acquisition/divestiture integration.
• Provide financial reporting guidance and expertise to internal stakeholders.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, meaningful analysis and management reporting.
• Support interim and year-end consolidated financial statements, including external reporting requirements and financial statement footnotes.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation of reporting processes and controls using Nestlé Continuous Excellence methodologies.
