Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required.
• 8+ years progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP disclosures.
• Experience with SOX/ICFR and internal controls.
• Experience with NetSuite and Workiva preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation, review, and timely filing of financial statements under US GAAP/IFRS.
• Maintain documentation for reported balances and key judgments.
• Coordinate regulatory filings and audits with internal/external teams.
• Enhance internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR).
• Lead involvement with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Legal and IR.
