Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance from a four-year university.
• Experience preparing or auditing SEC filings required.
• Strong technical accounting background with GAAP knowledge.
• Analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile intercompany and interdivisional transactions for consolidation across entities.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and disclosures in accordance with US GAAP and SEC regulations.
• Research accounting guidance and draft memoranda to formalize conclusions.
• Support consolidations, M&A integration, and SOX 404 control enhancements.
• Assist external auditors with documentation and explanations in a timely manner.
