Job summary

Lifestyle Communities, based in Columbus, Ohio, seeks a Senior Reporting Analyst to join the Finance & Accounting team. You will consolidate financial reporting, drive the monthly close, and deliver accurate statements under US GAAP, partnering with multiple accounting teams and external stakeholders.

The role requires strong technical accounting skills, CPA preferred, and 3–5 years of public accounting or industry experience. Hybrid schedule with occasional travel to nearby markets.

Qualifications

• CPA certification preferred.
• 3-5 combined years of public accounting and/or industry experience.
• Strong technical accounting and reporting acumen.
• Experience with consolidation tools (Planful, Hyperion, SAP, Workday).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements under US GAAP.
• Lead monthly close processes and explain financial statements to stakeholders.
• Maintain intercompany reconciliations and data for reporting to investors/banks.
• Manage reporting software and produce metrics for business analysis and decision making.
• Assist with tax planning and compliance.
