Job summary

Lifestyle Communities (LC) seeks a Senior Financial Analyst - Financial Reporting to join our Finance & Accounting team in Columbus, Ohio. This role focuses on preparing consolidated financial statements under US GAAP and driving the monthly close process with accuracy and timeliness.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of accounting experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with consolidation tools such as Planful, Hyperion, SAP, or Workday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related business discipline is required.
• CPA certification is preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years of public accounting and/or industry experience, preferably with public companies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements under US GAAP.
• Drive monthly close processes from journal entries to financial statement review.
• Prepare reconciliations of intercompany balances and key account analyses.
• Produce timely financial reports and schedules for external investors, banks, and auditors.
• Assist with tax planning and compliance as needed.
