Job summary

LC Advisory Services seeks a Senior Reporting Analyst to join its Finance & Accounting team in Columbus, Ohio. You will prepare consolidated financial statements, manage monthly close processes, and deliver timely, high-quality reporting to stakeholders.

The role requires strong technical accounting, knowledge of GAAP, and experience with consolidation systems (Planful, Hyperion, SAP, Workday). CPA preferred; 3–5 years public accounting or industry experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related business discipline.
• 2–4 years of public accounting or equivalent industry experience.
• CPA certification preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of consolidation processes and financial reporting.
• Experience with consolidation tools (Planful, Hyperion, SAP, Workday).

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality consolidated financial statements and schedules.
• Drive monthly close processes in accordance with GAAP.
• Maintain consolidation accounting policies and controls over reporting.
• Prepare intercompany reconciliations and key account analyses.
• Communicate financial results to business partners and external stakeholders.
