Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting
• CPA or CPA candidate
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication
• Ability to develop written communications for external/internal audiences
• Ability to analyze and interpret accounting information
• Excellent computer skills and able to work in a multi-disciplinary team
• Self-motivated with initiative and ownership of projects

Responsibilities

• Assist with quarterly and annual SEC reports, including MD&A, using Wdesk
• Assist with audit questions and prepare information requests
• Prepare tie-out packages of external and internal reports
• Assist with SOX 404 compliance activities and audit requests
• Act as a technical accounting resource researching and documenting issues
• Provide technical accounting support on special projects
• Prepare technical memos for complex transactions
• Other tasks and ad hoc projects as assigned
