Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Data Science, Computer Science or related field is required.
• 2–4 years of FP&A experience, including budgeting and forecasting for large corporate environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and define KPIs.
• Develop standardized reporting packages, dashboards, and metric-driven insights for leadership.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial forecasts, highlighting trends, risks and drivers.
• Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting, planning and scenario analysis.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for timely visibility into data.
• Adjust report design and cadence as requirements evolve.
• Safeguard data accuracy and integrity through data governance practices.
• Monitor and communicate reporting progress and deliverable status to management.
• Analyze KPIs across accounts receivable, collections, cash applications, credit, and billing.
• Provide training and support on reporting tools and data processes.
