Senior Financial Reporting Analyst (100% Remote)

Location: Remote (with occasional travel to Wisconsin)

Compensation: $70,000 to $100,000

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SOX control documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Support the preparation and review of quarterly earnings releases, SEC filings (10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks), and other financial reports.
• Conduct financial analysis to refine key performance indicators (KPIs) and support decision-making.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to management, including ad hoc reporting as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable accounting and banking regulations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, and regulatory compliance, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong expertise in SOX controls, SEC reporting, and financial reporting standards.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting systems.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus.
