Job Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Analyze financial data and present reports
• Review lease contracts for proper accounting per GAAP and FASB
• Implement and maintain contract software
• File tax forms with federal, state, and local agencies
• Collaborate to improve financial procedures
• Reconcile accounts and perform month-end close
• Ensure compliance with internal and legal standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting
• Proficiency in Sage 100, EZLease, Brex, FloQast; other software a plus
• Strong understanding of GAAP and FASB
• Experience reviewing lease contracts and software implementation
• Ability to file tax forms with authorities
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
