CAVU Capital is looking for a Finance Expert to join one of our fast-growing portfolio companies. The role is a Senior Accountant (Full Time) and will play an instrumental part in our Finance Management. This is a 100% remote position.

The portfolio company is a leading Process Automation & Process Improvement Consultancy. We offer premium automation platforms, including Nintex, Tungsten, and Microsoft.

What to Expect in the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a consistent corporate financial strategy through managing accounts, financial statements, and tax data. The candidate will also serve as the point of contact for banks, auditors, and tax authorities.

Specific activities include:

• A/R & A/P Management
• Deferred Revenue Management & Reconciliation
• Deferred Cost Management & Reconciliation
• Order Processing & Billing Oversight & Reconciliation
• Renewal Processing & Billing Oversight & Reconciliation
• Company Filings
• Management of External Specialists (e.g., Auditors or Tax Specialists)

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 5+ years of experience
• Proficiency with current financial software
• Understanding of US GAAP
