Oklo Inc. is hiring a finance professional focused on SEC registrants, with CPA required and Big 4 audit background encouraged. The role supports a fast-paced startup culture with ownership and cross-functional collaboration across finance and accounting teams.

The position is remote with quarterly travel to Santa Clara, CA, and on-boarding at headquarters for the first two weeks. A degree in finance/accounting plus CPA is expected; master’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with 3-5 years of public accounting focused on SEC registrants.
• Active CPA certification is required; Big 4 audit experience is a plus; master's degree preferred.
• Strong familiarity with ASC literature and proven project management skills.
