Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Excel; strong technology skills in other applications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and maintains a complete and accurate general ledger; prepares managerial and financial reports.
• Prepares and compiles financial data to support schedules and deadlines.
• Prepare journal entries and supporting schedules for closing.
• Reconcile assigned accounts and prepare supporting documentation.
• Participates on special project teams as required.
• Prepare analyses and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes.
• Prepares schedules, reports and presentations for management.
• Follow established procedures to perform moderately complex accounting tasks.
• Analyze records of financial transactions for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate accounting procedures across the enterprise for standardization.
