Responsibilities

Facilitates annual budget development to include staffing and revenue/margin/expense plans.
Monitors actual expenditures against budgets and analyzes variances with root-cause actions.
Develops reporting mechanisms to communicate results to management.
Continuously evaluates financial processes to drive improvements and savings.
Analyzes financial performance vs. budget and forecasts, with actionable insights.
Prepares reports on operational or strategic initiatives and interprets variances.
