Croghan Colonial Bank is hiring a Financial Relationship Banker in Bellevue, OH, on-site. You will serve as a trusted advisor, growing a book of business, delivering personalized financial solutions, and strengthening customer relationships.

The Senior Financial Relationship Banker expands the bank's presence, builds strategic relationships, and leads business development efforts while delivering exceptional customer service in a community-focused environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of client-facing financial roles.
• Demonstrates sound judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build, manage, retain, and grow an assigned book of business.
• Must be able to travel to other Banking Centers as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Builds strong relationships with each client and transitions service conversations into meaningful financial opportunities.
• Maintains, retains, and grows an assigned book of business through proactive relationship management and referrals.
