Responsabilités

• Build and strengthen consumer and business relationships with a proactive, customer-first approach.
• Lead relationship growth, sales performance, and customer experience initiatives with the team.
• Educate clients on CCB products, digital solutions, and lending options.
• Maintain compliance and accurate processing of transactions and reports.
• Travel to assist at other banking centers as needed, including Milan Banking Center.
